Let us create a piece just for you

We enjoy working with clients and collectors to create the piece you deserve. While we are easy to work with, we do have a few guidelines.

You have to talk to us. It’s that simple. It is much easier to work out what you want and if we will be able to create a piece for you. Size, color, frame, lead time, and delivery. All these can be worked out and agreed upon by voice. Contact us and set up a time to talk.

Once all those logistical issues are worked out,

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit. When we agree on the piece we make for you we order your frame and begin creating your unique work of art.

We will stay in touch and will be happy to answer any questions you may have while we are completing your piece. If, for any reason, there is a delay we will be in touch immediately to let you know.

Porcelain is an amazing and frequently finicky material with which to work. Slight variations will occur. These are to be expected and enjoyed.

If a piece is damaged in shipping. This rarely happens. But if it does, you have 48 hours from delivery to let us know. Keep all packing materials. Take pictures of the packing and the damaged piece. “Your piece is insured and we will make another for you, if that is what you want.

The “NO FINE PRINT” part is, we work in good faith to create art you will love and get it to you in perfect condition in a timely manner.
